01. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether acting individually or on behalf of an enterprise, "Client") and BrandGlows regarding the provision of brand strategy, visual design, video editing, funnel engineering, and digital growth services.

02. Scope of Services & Execution Plans

BrandGlows delivers comprehensive creative growth solutions, categorized into dedicated execution roadmaps:

• Brand Strategy & Identity: Offer positioning, logos, typography, color palettes, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
• Done-For-You Conversion Funnels: Custom Paid Call Booking (PCB) funnels, landing pages, payment gateway integrations, and domain setups.
• Short & Long-Form Media Production: Viral reels editing, kinetic motion graphics, sound FX, YouTube videos, and high-CTR ad creatives.
• Growth Roadmaps (30, 45, 60 Days): Structured timeline execution with defined deliverables, milestone reviews, and automated nurturing systems.

03. Client Responsibilities & Cooperation

To guarantee rapid turnaround and optimal commercial outcomes, the Client agrees to:

• Provide all required assets, brand assets, product briefs, and access credentials promptly during onboarding.
• Dedicate the recommended founder time: 1–2 hours/day before launch for strategy reviews and recording video hooks; 3–4 hours/day post-launch for taking sales calls.
• Ensure all supplied assets and media do not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

04. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full settlement of all agreed project milestone fees, all approved final creative deliverables (including custom logos, brand identity guides, edited video masters, graphics, and website code) become the sole property of the Client.

BrandGlows retains the right to showcase approved, non-confidential deliverables in its public portfolio, agency case studies, and social media reels as proof of work.

05. Revisions & Turnaround Standards

All plans include unlimited revisions within the defined project scope. We refine each visual, cut, and copy element until it complies 100% with your brand standard. Standard content deliveries carry a 48-Hour Rapid Delivery Window, while full-scale funnel architecture goes live within 20–30 working days.

06. Operational Spends & Ad Budgets

Unless explicitly packaged into an all-inclusive enterprise contract, third-party direct costs—such as Meta Ad Spend (recommended ₹2,000/day), WhatsApp Meta API usage, and domain registrations—are billed directly by their respective platforms to the Client's account.

07. Mutual Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all business information, conversion data, financial projections, customer leads, and proprietary strategic frameworks as strictly confidential and will not disclose them to any unauthorized third party.

08. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through amicable negotiation, or submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
